The Role As a Shift Engineer at our paper manufacturing site, you will play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and safely. Working as part of a skilled team, you'll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements to equipment performance and reliability. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise will directly support production efficiency and quality.
