Fantastic role at hand with a leading building services provider working on a large commercial property based in the Waterloo. Our clients are known for providing their Engineers with fantastic opportunities to progress within the business and gain training to be the best engineer possible. This role will be working 4 on 4 off on a days and night shift pattern.

The role will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working on a shift pattern on days and nights, the maintenance engineer should be fully qualified electrically or mechanically holding City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualifications.

PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power Motors Generators (on/off load tests) LV/HV Shutdowns Emergency Lighting Fire Alarm Test AHUs FCUs VAVs CRAC units Heat Exchangers Minor Plumbing Works Tap Temperatures Sprinkler Systems Pumps Water Treatment Pressurisation Units BMS Operations Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering Apprentice trained - desirable Career driven and motivated Polite and personable Statuary compliance Communicate with the client Salary and Benefits: £53,000 - £58,000 4 on 4 off days and night shift only Working in the City of London Internal progression routes Training provided Overtime readily available Part of a ever growing Fm provider
