Key Responsibilities:\n\nLeadership & Supervision:\n\nLead and supervise a team of shift engineers and technicians during your shift.\n\nProvide hands-on technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high performance and compliance.\n\nLiaise with the FM leadership team, client representatives, and third-party contractors.\n\nCoordinate planned and reactive maintenance tasks within shift and ensure documentation is completed.\n\nTechnical (HVAP):\n\nAct as Authorised Person (AP) for High Voltage (HV) systems, ensuring all works are carried out in line with safety rules and permit-to-work systems.\n\nCarry out switching operations, isolations, and issuing of safety documents for HV systems.\n\nRespond to and lead the resolution of technical issues including alarms, breakdowns, and emergency repairs.\n\nMaintain critical systems such as HV/LV distribution, UPS, Generators, Chillers, HVAC, BMS, and Fire Systems.\n\nCompliance & Safety:\n\nEnsure adherence to statutory compliance, health & safety, and company procedures.\n\nComplete all risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and permits accurately.\n\nMonitor and report on energy usage and environmental performance as required.\n\nPlanned & Reactive Maintenance:\n\nOversee the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.\n\nEnsure accurate and timely logging of tasks into CAFM system.\n\nCarry out regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained
