My client is looking for an Electrical or Mechanical Shift Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Battersea, South West London. A successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, and mechanical maintenance across a tenant contract, working as part of a three-man shift team. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £41,000, further training and career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) Emergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests Plant room maintenance Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Control Panels Changing Ballast BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Maintain and update Log books Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motorsRequirements
