A global Tier 1 Automotive manufacturer in the Shropshire area are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their impressive site in Telford on a three-shift pattern

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working and adaptable Engineer with a strong technical background within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operating in a modern and automated site, you will be part of the Quality team and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to drive continuous quality improvement and resolve quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor Shift Quality Technicians and Auditors by setting daily priorities and acting as the primary shift contact for quality matters. Support the launch of new programs and engineering changes, including PPAP submissions and GP12 activities, in collaboration with NPI (Safe Launch Process). Conduct capability studies and oversee gauge validation through Measurement System Analysis (MSA). Interpret CAD drawings, customer standards, and dimensional reports to understand and meet application requirements.
