We're looking for a Shift-Based Engineer to join our team in Trafford. This is a hands-on role where you'll keep our site running smoothly through effective planned and reactive maintenance, while also driving improvements in performance, efficiency, and quality.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in reducing downtime, supporting production, and coaching teams to build a strong problem-solving culture.

What you'll be doing Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to keep production on track. Solving problems at root cause for lasting solutions. Support the production team through coaching, communication, and collaborative working. Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety standards.
