A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Site Engineer Lead to join their growing team, covering a static contract in Loughborough.

The Role

As the Site Engineer Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:

* Manage engineering contracts with a strong focus on electrical maintenance and compliance

* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies – always audit ready

* Oversee planned and reactive electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery

* Utilise CAFM systems and digital tools to schedule tasks, track performance, and generate reports

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Site Engineer Lead, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Proven experience as a Contract Manager with a strong electrical bias

* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering) highly desirable

* Proficient in CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) and other FM tech tools
