Our client is a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work in the South West, they are currently seeking a site engineer to work on a large water treatment scheme in Bristol.

Project Overview: This water treatment scheme involves extensive earthworks, reinforced concrete structures, and complex pipework installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Set out for earthworks, drainage, and FRC structures

*

Manage and monitor subcontractor works

*

Interpret technical drawings and project specs

*

Maintain accurate site records and as-builts

*

Liaise with the project team, foremen, and clients

*

Support quality assurance and ITPs

*

Ensure works are delivered in line with HSEQ standards

Requirements:

*

Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering

*

Minimum 4y ears’ UK experience in a Site Engineer role

*

Proven experience on water or heavy civils projects

*

Strong knowledge of earthworks, concrete works, and pipework

*

Proficient in AutoCAD and setting out using GPS/Total Station

*

CSCS card (essential)

*

SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)
