Carmichael UK are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major highways project in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term scheme, supporting the successful delivery of critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

Setting out, levelling, and surveying on-site

Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with design, drawings, and specifications

Preparing as-builts and quality assurance documentation

Supporting Section Engineers and the site management team in day-to-day delivery

Maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Engineer on highways, civils, or major infrastructure projects

Strong setting out and surveying skills (total station, GPS, AutoCAD)

Knowledge of quality control and ITPs

CSCS card (essential)

HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
