Overview

Site Reliability Engineer - Ruby/AWS - London

Responsibilities

• Work on a large-scale global data-centre shift and AWS migration project, focusing on Ruby-based applications and EC2 infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the global SRE team to shape how AWS Cloud is used; serve as the Sole UK Engineer.
• Support and operate AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS) and infrastructure as code (Terraform) in a SaaS environment.
• Contribute to cloud builds and on-premise-to-cloud lift-and-shift initiatives.
• Work on-site in Central London, five days per week.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS) and Terraform.
• Proficiency with Ruby and DevOps/SRE practices.
• Ability to work in a large-scale, global environment and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Mid-Senior level experience; Full-time employment.
• Location: London, United Kingdom.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to £80,000 per year, plus benefits including medical care, L&D support/budget, partner benefits, and more.
