CBW Staffing Solutions are currently working with a leading fire systems contractor to recruit a Fire Systems Small Works Installation Engineer to cover sites across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to join a forward-thinking business with ongoing projects across both commercial and residential sectors.
The Role: As a Fire Systems Small Works Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and handover of small-scale fire alarm and detection system projects. This role is ideal for a technically skilled engineer who is comfortable working independently on a range of systems and can deliver high-quality work in line with industry standards.
Youll be expected to liaise with clients on-site, maintain documentation, and ensure all works are delivered to specification and in line with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and test fire alarm systems to BS 5839-1 standards
Carry out modifications and upgrades on existing systems
Complete all documentation, including job sheets, commissioning certificates, and handover forms
