Software Development Engineer in Test / SDET (C# or TypeScript) London / WFH to £65k

Your day to day:

As a Software Development Engineer in Test you will focus on developing automated tests for newly developed software with a focus on backend systems but also APIs and front end components, you'll be using a variety of automation tools and coding with C# or TypeScript, working across the full test lifecycle, defining and automating acceptance tests and working with CI/CD pipelines as part of an Agile software delivery team.

Location / WFH:

You can work from home, meeting up with colleagues 2-3 days a week in the City offices, when there you can you enjoy a range of facilities including large kitchen, café, roof top bar, showers and all the latest kit to work on.

About you:

  • You have strong C# and / or TypeScript coding skills
  • You have experience of developing and testing software using Microsoft technologies (.Net, SQL Server, Windows)
  • You have an understanding of CI/CD pipelines, networking concepts (TCP/IP) and virtualised environments
  • You're an advocate of Agile development methodologies
  • You have good communication skills, are keen to work in a team environment and collaborate with others to share knowledge and improve practice
  • Degree educated, 2.1 or above, Computer Science preferred
