The Role
Software Engineer with AI skills focused on building intelligent systems, enhancing enterprise solutions, and driving innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered features for enterprise software, such as intelligent search, predictive analytics, and automation tools.
- Build custom machine learning models tailored to client-specific use cases
- Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for AI integration that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop clean, modular, and scalable codebases using languages like Python, Java, or C#.
- Architect and deploy microservices that expose AI capabilities via RESTful APIs or cloud-native platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of AI services in production environments.
- Build robust data pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, and real-time inference.
- Set up monitoring tools to track model performance, drift, and system health.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage metrics, and evolving business needs.
- Partner with DevOps, QA, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and reliable deployment of AI features.
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders and clients.
- Implement responsible AI practices, including bias detection, explainability, and fairness.
- Stay up to date with evolving regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC standards) and ensure compliance in all AI deployments.
