Software Engineer – CCaaS – Cloud Contact Center (Mid to Sr. level) - UK

Location: Remote - England, UK | Travel: up to 10% | Position Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities

  • Support Cloud Contact Center platforms (NICE Cxone) and be involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center.
  • Design and development of products and features, unit testing, code reviews, and bug resolution discovered in the QA process.
  • Work in both test and production environments and collaborate with Software Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members.
  • Mentor others and assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications for Success

  • 5-8+ years of IVR and ACD development experience.
  • 4+ years of CXone (preferred), Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect or other platform experience (Five9, Talkdesk, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, or 8X8).
  • CRM integration experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay for this role is per annum. Navixus (Tech Mahindra) offers benefits including medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
