About Euphoric

Euphoric Global is not for average folk.
We’re a home for the gifted, the obsessives, and the corporate misfits.

We move fast, build bold, and bureaucratic BS in the dust. We’re AI-first, heart-forward, and on a mission to fix global healthcare; starting with employee benefits tech that actually works.

We’re early-stage, high-growth, and unapologetically ambitious. If you’re curious, driven, and willing to go all in, you might’ve just found your people.
Euphoric is an AI-first employee benefits platform on a mission to fix global healthcare. We help companies support and care for their teams better, faster, and with a lot less admin; starting with slick, automated tools that make complex benefits feel joyful.

The role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer I to bring their ambition, creativity, and technical prowess to join our high-powered team to build the technology that powers the world’s first lovable, AI-native benefits platform.

You’ll have real ownership, big targets, and a chance to help shape both the work you do and the company in general. We care less about traditional career paths and more about raw talent, bias for action, and how much fire you bring.

What you’ll do:

  • Build AI-first features with guidance: You’ll support the development and iteration of AI-driven features for our next-generation benefits platform. You’ll work on personalization, experimentation, and AI/ML methods (e.g. LLMs, recommender systems) in collaboration with more senior engineers to enhance user experience in a meaningful domain.

  • Grow across the tech stack: You’ll work with React (JavaScript/TypeScript) on the frontend and Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) on the backend, contributing to production-ready code and user-facing features while gaining exposure to innovative ML and AI development practices.

  • Explore modern AI tooling: You’ll gain hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf), stay informed on new technologies, and experiment with ways to build smarter and faster alongside your teammates.

  • Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment: Partner closely with design, product, and engineering to develop and iterate on features and prototypes quickly. Expect to learn rapidly and contribute to projects with real user impact.

  • Write clean, reliable code: Maintain and improve code quality with attention to testing and documentation, contributing to codebases that are efficient and maintainable.

  • Learn through reviews and mentorship: Participate in peer reviews, CI/CD processes, and technical discussions. You’ll receive guidance and feedback while growing your engineering skills in a supportive, growth-minded environment.

  • Be a versatile team member: From refining frontend components to helping out with backend logic or data flows, you'll contribute where needed and develop a well-rounded understanding of the full product journey.

Skills & experience

  • Industry Experience (1–2+ years): Some professional experience building real-world software products—whether in a startup, internship, or larger tech company—and a demonstrated interest in learning and growing in fast-paced environments.

  • Foundational Full Stack Skills: Experience or strong familiarity with React/TypeScript and/or Python (especially RESTful APIs or simple data pipelines). Exposure to cloud services like GCP, AWS, or Azure is a plus, but not required.

  • Interest in AI/ML Applications: Some hands-on experience or academic exposure to AI/ML projects or concepts, with a strong desire to build real-world features and stay current with emerging technologies.

  • Team-First Attitude: Clear communication and a collaborative mindset. You’re comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and working cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers.

  • Motivation to Deliver Impact: You take pride in contributing to meaningful work and are eager to learn how to ship features that drive real business outcomes.

  • Growth-Oriented Practices: An interest in building scalable, maintainable code while understanding how to balance ideal solutions with delivery speed. Open to learning about tradeoffs and best practices.

What we look for:

We’re a great bunch but we have some Euph cultural non-negotiables. To do well here you will:

  • Thrive in fast-paced, feedback-rich environments

  • Take your work seriously, but not yourself

  • Be proactive, playful, and deeply curious

  • Want to build something that matters

  • Be willing to “do what it takes”

What you’ll get:

  • Remote-first setup with optional shared work space passes and hubs in London & NYC

  • Apple devices and the best AI tooling

  • Private healthcare via Vitality

  • 5% employer pension contribution (min 3% employee contribution)

  • Equity share opportunities

  • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.

  • Career rocket fuel - real growth, real ownership, real impact
