Full Stack Software Engineer (Java) - Enterprise Platforms. As a software engineer within the Business Collaboration group, you will apply your depth of knowledge across the full software development lifecycle and partner with stakeholders to stay focused on common goals. You will contribute to the development of key regulatory controls in the Voice Recording Assurance space and be part of developing the next generation of Voice Analytics (Speech to Text) Platform and Search Engine development. You will be part of a feature team delivering against an agreed product roadmap through agile work practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver software across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders daily.
  • Contribute to the Voice Recording Assurance regulatory controls and Voice Analytics initiatives.
  • Work within a feature team to implement against a product roadmap using agile practices.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Practical cloud native experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resilience, and Security.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, AI/ML, mobile).
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems.
