You will be responsible for implementing critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions to support the firm’s objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute software solutions, including design, development, and troubleshooting, with the ability to think beyond routine approaches to build solutions or resolve technical problems.Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that operate synchronously with relevant systems.Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met during software development.Gather, analyze, synthesize, and develop visualizations and reports from large, diverse data sets to enhance software applications and systems.Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and explore emerging technologies.Promote a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsFormal training or certification in software engineering concepts and practical experience.Proven experience as a full-stack engineer involved in coding, designing, and delivering high-quality software solutions.Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Proficiency in coding with one or more programming languages.Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments using modern programming and database querying languages.Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Java 17+, Spring Data JPA, SQL, NoSQL, TypeScript, Angular/React.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsFamiliarity with modern front-end technologies.Exposure to cloud technologies.About UsJ.P.
