• Simplify relentlessly. Seek essential components, reduce unnecessary processes, and craft minimalist architectures. Improve CI/CD pipelines and write maintainable code to power scalable, future-proof solutions.

The selection process

Screening tests to assess problem-solving approach, followed by a series of interviews. We set a high bar and may keep roles open for extended periods. We value potential and fit, sometimes more than perfect CVs.
