Responsibilities

• Master your toolkit. Work across diverse tech stacks to refine your ability to choose the right tools for each challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—understand the purpose of technologies to unleash their full potential.
• Build stuff that matters. You’ll have autonomy and ownership from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and seeing how your code scales into a product used at scale.
• Simplify relentlessly. Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing processes and crafting maintainable, scalable solutions.

The selection process

Pass our screening and complete a series of challenging tests to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. If successful, you’ll enter a series of interviews. We set a high bar and won’t extend an offer until we’re confident we’ve found the right candidate.

Notes

Bending Spoons is a demanding environment with a high standard of commitment. We may ask you to work from Milan initially to ramp up quickly and cover travel and accommodation where needed. Afterward, you may work from Milan or London offices or remotely from approved countries, depending on the offer stage.
