Software Engineer, London at Talos. Talos provides institutional-grade trading technology for the global digital asset market, powering many of the major players in the crypto ecosystem. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support crypto trading and settlement
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with product and client teams to build solutions that support the full trade lifecycle
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with complex backend systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Interest in financial technology—experience in crypto or traditional markets is a plus
• Local to London HQ
