About The Team

The mission of the team is to protect against phishing and BEC attacks with Red Sift OnDMARC, an award-winning, cloud-based DMARC, DKIM and SPF configuration and management. Built on Red Sift’s AI-powered cybersecurity Platform, OnDMARC makes implementing such a crucial layer of email protection clearer, simpler and more secure.

The OnDMARC team is a cross-functional group of Product, Frontend, Backend, Testing and Design professionals focused on improving our OnDMARC product for performance, reliability and functionality. There is a long roadmap and some tech debt, and the team delivers what matters most in our priorities.

About The Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer who prioritizes product and user experience. The ideal candidate understands that effective code is simple, maintainable, and gets the job done efficiently. Fundamental to this role is designing and building intuitive frontend interfaces supported by scalable and performant backend code. We are looking for a full stack engineer with a strong inclination towards the backend.

You’ll be working on our flagship cybersecurity product, building end-to-end full stack features on top of our data-driven platform. If you’re looking for a role with a wide range of responsibilities, high autonomy and significant room for growth, we want to talk to you!

• You are proficient in writing unit and integration tests and have experience with NoSQL databases like Mongo, version control systems such as Git, and containerization/orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• You are enthusiastic about observability and monitor feature effectiveness after deployment.
• You thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively while contributing independently when needed.
• You are comfortable collaborating with other teams and departments.
• You are excited about AI and are already integrating AI tools into your daily process.

Our Stack

Backend: Runs on an in-house platform using a DAG, codebase is ~95% JavaScript/TypeScript on Node.js, ~5% Golang. Uses NoSQL and BigQuery databases with some SQL.

Frontend: TypeScript/JavaScript using React, running inside our in-house platform.

Other: CircleCI, Jest, GCP, AWS, GitHub.

Location

Barcelona or London would be ideal, but fully remote within similar time zones is also supported.
