We are looking for a Software Engineer within the Security Product Engineering team to design, develop, and support security products, including custom access tooling (PAM), authentication solutions supporting millions of users, and more.

Reporting to the Head of Security Architecture & Engineering, this hands-on role will influence the security posture across the company, ensuring security is integrated into all projects.

What you'll do:

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems, features, and APIs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy with a product management mindset, prioritising security risk reduction.
• Identify and advocate for improvements in development processes, tooling, infrastructure, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years experience building and deploying cloud workloads.
• 3+ years experience in Java, Golang, or Scala, building tools and refactoring code.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise security technologies in a high-growth, cloud-based environment.
• Experience with AWS/GCP, containerised environments, and security architecture alignment.
• Knowledge of at least one security domain (identity and access management, application security, data security, cloud security).

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience in AWS IAM, SAML, SSO, Docker.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards such as GDPR/Data protection.
