This an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer / Software Developer to join a dynamic and talented team that develops, designs and implements information systems, databases, HMIs, and distributed systems. Working in a small, collaborative team, this company strives for excellence from its dedicated software engineers.

The successful Software Engineer will likely have a background in computer science, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering and a good understanding or experience of programming with .NET C# and SQL Server. You will be working on the company’s products: designing, developing and maintaining the code to control the systems.

The Software Engineer will need to be commutable to Atlanta, Georgia. This company prides itself on good retention of staff with the majority being with the company over 10 years.

Software Engineer / Software Developer requirements

• Minimum of 4 years designing and implementing manufacturing systems
• Experience working with Rockwell, Inductive Automation Ignition, Siemens etc
• Integration of PLC-based manufacturing systems
• Understanding of applications such as process monitoring, traceability, OEE, MES and ERP systems
• SQL Server or Oracle databases
• Commutable to the site in Atlanta
