Overview

ProceMX is looking for software people at all levels to join their development team. ProceMX develops enterprise web and mobile applications for an interesting range of products, including work and asset management for the utilities and renewables sectors alongside disaster response software.

Responsibilities

• Join a highly skilled development team and contribute to the end-to-end design, development, deployment and support of enterprise applications. This will involve international travel for technical pre-sales support as well as on-site project work and product support.
• Develop skills in the technology stack, including n-tier enterprise Java, React/React Native app development, cloud technologies and geospatial technologies.
• Work on-site in Finnieston, Glasgow; this is a full-time office-based position.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver successful deployments and ongoing product support.

Additional Beneficial Experience

• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) – ESRI tools, geometry/geography data types, understanding of projections (CRS/EPSG/SRID)
• Azure and/or other cloud technologies
• Wider systems integration experience
• IntelliJ IDEA

Eligibility and Conditions

• Candidates must be eligible to travel to the USA under the Visa Waiver/ESTA Programme
• Candidates must have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
• Candidates may be required to travel and spend extended periods supporting customer deployments
• ProceMX cannot sponsor work visas
• Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Glasgow City Centre
