Overview

Tech Lead - Contract - £525 /day - Bristol / South West (Hybrid). We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join a high-performing team on a long-term contract, running until December 2026 (with potential extension to April 2027). This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team of 7 engineers through complex technical challenges, shaping both delivery and culture.

Location: South West / Bristol (onsite once every other week)

Rate: £525/day (Inside IR35)

Clearance: Basic SC Clearance required
