Solar Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training
• Answer consulting phone calls; reply to customer support emails
• Remote or onsite inverter troubleshooting; inverter replacement, defect inverter troubleshooting; able to do site visits when needed
• Collect clear after-sales support data and report to the team leader
• Support other tasks assigned by the team leader
• Knowledge of String Inverter, Hybrid Inverter and Utility Based Projects is advantageous
• Responsible for after-sales support activity in the particular region

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or related majors
• Self-motivated with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in the solar industry
• Energetic professional who is willing to travel 50% or more per year
• Good communicator with fluent English
