Solutions Engineer, ITSM/ESM, UKI (P40/P50)

We’re seeking a (Senior) Solutions Engineer ITSM/ESM to grow our business and team in UKI. Our Solutions Engineers excel at solving complex customer problems and closing large enterprise deals. You’ll collaborate directly with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize on sales cycles, deliver compelling demonstrations, support Proof of Concepts, and close deals. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey
• Identify, discover, and assess client pain points; map business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
• Partner with sales management to align account plans and customer outcomes
• Deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts to customers and prospects
• Work with product management to improve Atlassian’s products and relay customer feedback

About you

We seek a dynamic, collaborative team member who supports Atlassian values. Ideally, you have 4+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in pre-sales or consulting roles. You should have a proven track record of achieving successful customer outcomes and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. Knowledge of the ITSM/ESM domain or AI capabilities related to service management is preferred. Experience working extensively in the UKI market is important. You should be comfortable in both business and technical contexts. You love learning, are receptive to feedback, resilient to failure, competitive, and passionate about customer success.
