Solutions Engineer Warrington/Remote (3 days on site initially) £40-£45K A Solutions Engineer is required for our security client. The successful candidates will be responsible for the understanding of customer problems, problem solving, testing, configuration, deployment and optimisation of Software products to meet customer's current and future requirements. The position will also be responsible for collaborating with customers to understand their needs and designing efficient, cost-effective software solutions. This customer-facing role combines strong technical expertise with relationship management, and a deep understanding of customer operational challenges. Key Responsibilities Configure and optimise software based on customer-specific operational needs. Collaborate directly with clients and software users to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal development/support teams. Deliver remote and on-site training, including E-learning modules and user guides. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system optimization and support. Technical Skills/Experience Experience in software deployment, technical support, or implementation.
