About the Role This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone with a technical background and experience in software implementation. The position involves configuring a complex platform, integrating with external systems, and ensuring enterprise clients get maximum value from their investment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration • Gather and scope client requirements to configure the platform accordingly • Document any functional gaps and communicate with internal development teams • Create and maintain technical documentation to support delivery and ongoing use
API & Integration • Support and advise clients on integrating third-party systems (e.g., ERP, GIS, compliance tools) • Build reports and dashboards to reflect operational data and meet business requirements • Ensure seamless data flow and stable integration between systems
