Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solutions Engineer at Zelt, based in our sun-filled office in London. The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for supporting customers on an ongoing basis using AI and automations, integrating software solutions, providing consulting services, sales support, presales activities, and ensuring seamless system integration.

  • Previous Customer Support experience
  • AI entusiast
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with SaaS, IT systems and software integration
  • Bachelor's degree
