This is a hybrid technical + client-facing role for someone who lives at the intersection of curiosity and action. You’ll work closely with sales, customer success, and product to design, demo, and deploy powerful AI solutions that transform how SMBs operate. If you geek out over prompt design, love direct customer impact, and want to help small businesses punch above their weight, this one’s for you.

Responsibilities

• Join sales calls and translate customer needs into technical action
• Own onboarding, prompt design, and AI deployment for clients
• Be the conversation quality hawk (you’ll obsess over every message)
• Deliver weekly reports and drive measurable post-sale value

Ideal Candidate

• Creative builder with a bias toward action (no-code tools welcome!)
• Great with clients, better with follow-through
• Obsessed with getting AI to actually work in real life
• Proven track record of self-learning, autonomy, and top-tier execution
