Join to apply for the Solutions Engineer role at UiPath. As we continue expanding our platform and impact, you will play a critical role in building Peak into the undisputed, global champion of AI platforms. The role involves supporting the sales team in identifying and evaluating opportunities for Peak’s AI applications, working with prospective and current customers to understand their strategies, business needs, processes and challenges, and developing proposals for AI applications that meet business objectives.

We’re looking for someone who can lead commercial and technical workshops with business executives and industry experts, engaging stakeholders and helping them understand where their journey with Peak could begin. Working within our global sales team, you’ll help grow current customer accounts and win new business in the region, including workshops, demos, technical scoping and validation, and thought leadership on the latest AI technologies and best practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and challenges, and identify opportunities for AI to drive transformative value.
  • Facilitate scoping workshops such as process and systems mapping, value calculations, and customer stories including technical overviews of applications and the value they create.
  • Run high quality narrative-driven and technical demonstrations of Peak’s end-to-end platform and applications.
  • Provide support in shaping enterprise architecture considerations when formulating proposals with CIOs and CDOs.
  • Create technical scoping documents outlining scope of work, delivery timeline, degree of customisation and delivery plan.
  • Bring the product to life with demos for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals for AI applications that meet customer objectives, including Customer, Pricing and Inventory Intelligence applications.
  • Support the sales team in developing compelling commercial propositions, proposals and business cases.
  • Work with Peak’s partner ecosystem to develop meaningful co-selling motions.
  • Build robust business cases and value calculations suitable for CFO scrutiny.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on AI technologies and best practices, providing recommendations for customer needs and positioning yourself as a thought leader in AI online and in person.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, presenting commercial and technical information clearly.
  • Serve as a critical voice of the customer input into continuous product and GTM evolution.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling AI or other advanced technologies in collaboration with an AE/CM into mid-market and enterprise businesses
  • Experience facilitating and guiding customers through complex transformation and change programmes
  • Experience facilitating exceptional commercial discovery workshops
  • Experience working closely with technology and service partners
  • Evidence of formulating and executing commercial engagements with mid-market and enterprise businesses
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to take products to market and shape sales strategy
  • Experience within data analytics, digital or SaaS business
  • Experience in an early-stage business through growth phase
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
