What You’ll Be Doing

The Support Engineer is the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving issues across infrastructure, code, networking, and databases, with sufficient knowledge to fault find and identify root causes.

• On-site presence in Stratford five days a week, with occasional remote work
• SC clearance required, with willingness to undergo MOD DV clearance
• Combines coding, scripting, and process reengineering skills with strong teamwork and communication
