What You’ll Be Doing
The Support Engineer is the first point of contact for diagnosing and resolving issues across infrastructure, code, networking, and databases, with sufficient knowledge to fault find and identify root causes.

- 2nd and 3rd line support

- Site reliability including observability, alerting, high-availability, and self-healing systems

- Infrastructure provisioning

- Responding to change requests

The Team
Working on-site supporting critical national applications and networks, with opportunities to develop new solutions and make a real impact. The team has a trusted relationship with the client, located near the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Ways of Working
- On-site presence in Stratford five days a week, with occasional remote work
- SC clearance required, with willingness to undergo MOD DV clearance
- Combines coding, scripting, and process reengineering skills with strong teamwork and communication
