Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Critical Infrastructure Engineer with DNS experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Active Directory and DNS infrastructure, along with hands-on experience in implementing and managing these systems in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage complex Active Directory and DNS environments in an enterprise setting.
  • Provide expertise in planning, configuring, and troubleshooting Active Directory and DNS-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain Active Directory Group Policies to enforce security and compliance standards.
  • Perform Active Directory schema modifications and upgrades as needed.
  • Monitor and optimize Active Directory and DNS performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Active Directory with other systems and services.
  • Configure and manage Azure Active Directory and related services in the Azure cloud environment.
  • Implement and manage Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity management.
  • Design and implement identity and access management solutions in Azure.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements in all Active Directory and Azure AD configurations.
  • Participate as part of global on call rotation providing off hours support.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, including domain controllers, forests, trusts, and replication.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing DNS, DHCP, and related AD integrated services.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for Active Directory automation and management tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Entra identity, including Conditional Access Policies, Enterprise Applications, and experience with AD Connect, and other Azure services.
  • Experience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, MFA, and conditional access policies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve complex Active Directory and DNS issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
