Responsibilities

  • Architect and build a secure, scalable cloud marketplace that lets AI researchers burst workloads to any cloud.
  • Work deeply with small and large cloud vendors and contribute to platform and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure the platform is scalable, secure and resilient.
  • Work with existing open-source products to build the platform, modifying code where necessary.
  • Define infrastructure as code to build, deploy and troubleshoot the multi-cloud platform.
  • Operate within secure frameworks and follow security best practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong background in security and resilience engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern system monitoring tools and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Practical, hands-on and able to work across layers of the stack when needed.
  • Able to troubleshoot production problems and work with key customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

What else you should know

We offer flexible hybrid working, with an aim for three days in the office for design and collaboration. Exceptional arrangements can be made for those living further away, who will be asked to visit the office for team building and collaboration. Our offices are near Cambridge railway station with onsite perks including a gym.
