Oliver Bernard has partnered with a fast-growing, product-led technology business to search for a Staff Product Engineer (Frontend). This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of core systems, influence technical strategy, and help shape the next generation of customer-facing products.

The Opportunity

• Take ownership of a major product area and drive it forward.
• Design and implement modern frontend architecture with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Lead technical projects, mentor colleagues, and rally engineers around best practices.
• Collaborate directly with users to ensure features are valuable and impactful.
• Balance building new features with making smart technical debt decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Engineer or above, with strong individual contributor skills.
• Proven track record of leading teams or initiatives — Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern cloud architectures.
• Strong architectural design skills with an eye for scalability.
• A natural leader who inspires collaboration and drives technical excellence.
