What We Do
Our Software Engineers are end-to-end owners who participate in designing, building, and delivering data-focused products for stakeholders. We focus on backend infrastructure with a quality-at-scale mindset, building client-facing applications, internal solutions, and model pipelines for bidding optimizations. We ensure robust infrastructure, development, and tools to operate efficiently.

Our system serves 24/7 worldwide traffic. We build a distributed system in a highly collaborative environment, tackling algorithmic, optimization, and scale challenges across a broad range of technologies. The Privacy Engineering and Data Governance team, within the Data Platform, focuses on handling sensitive data, ensuring proper access, lifecycle tracking, and usage awareness at a scale of 15 million QPS without slowing down. We are a horizontal team touching every product with internal stakeholders across multiple R&D and UX teams. The team is based in London, UK and Denver and Boulder, CO, US.
