?Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Camberwell (Static)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am -5pmMy clients currently seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer for an opportunity in Camberwell based on a public sector contract. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be working across 5 sites in central London (a van will be provided) carrying out PM and reactive maintenance tasks.Role Summary:
Working with a team of engineers, the main focus of the Air Conditioning Engineer is to carry out service maintenance works on site. The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.

Job Duties:

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management

Skills Required:

• City & Guilds Level 2 AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications
• F Gas Cat 1 (2079)
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
• Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU's, Coldroom's and Specialist Refrigeration
• Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, works and paperwork
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can do will do”.
• Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
