Are you a London based BMS Engineer that's fed up with travelling all day every day? If so then I am looking to fill an excellent role with a growing Systems House who are looking for an experienced addition to one of their major contract's Static Support team. They see themselves as a friendly, can do attitude team who go the extra mile to get the job done well, every time.
What am I looking for:
I am looking for a dedicated BMS SupportEngineer who has a desire to build a good working relationship with the client, hasa great aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills who is competent with Trend 963 and IQ Vision. You will be from a BMS background with strong HVAC plant knowledge and electrical qualifications
Territory:
This role will require you to work on a large Hostpital campus in Central London. You will be home based and partially mobile as there are several buildings in the local area.
What the role requires
The role of Static BMS Support Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis
Pre planned maintenance
Reactive Breakdowns
Small Project Works
Software modifications
Graphic page modification and generation
Pre-commissioning, Point to point testing
Panel modifications
Commissioning on upgrade projects
What you can expect back:
Basic salary £40,000k - £55,000
Overtime
averaging around £5,000-£10,000per annum
X1.5 weekdays and X2 on Sundays
Call out Rota 1 in 8
Car allowance of £7,200 pa or Company car
