Position: Static Building Services Engineer

Location: London, W1J

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £45,000 plus a zones 1 & 2 Oyster card for commuting

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Building Services Engineer for a full-time, permanent role at a large site in the W1J area of London.

This engineer will handle planned and reactive maintenance on older style commercial buildings within walking distance of each other.

The responsibilities include all Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, valves, replacement taps and toilets, emergency lighting, tap temperatures, and AHU maintenance.

Candidates should have experience working on older sites, which are gradually being refurbished but still require special attention.

This is a static-based position, but it involves walking between multiple buildings.

Requirements:

1. Strong background as a Commercial Building Services Engineer
2. Multi-skilled with the ability to handle plumbing works
3. Level 2 building services qualification or equivalent experience
4. Able to commute to the W1 area of London
5. Experience working on older style buildings
