OverviewStatic Electrical Maintenance engineer – Woolwich (company van also provided) £43/45k – APPLY TODAYMy client are a mechanical and electrical engineering company who have been in operation for over 35 years providing M&E solutions to their end clients. They now seek a static electrically biased engineer to be based at Royal Arsenal Woolwich Development. The development is a large mixed use development where my clients look after the communal areas and plant rooms only.ResponsibilitiesNVQ Level 3 electrical installation qualifications or equivalent.Mechanical plant room experience required.Inspection & testing experience would be preferable but not essential.Carrying out electrical repairs and installation works.Experience in the maintenance industry, fault finding, diagnosis and repairs of electrical equipment and AOVs.Carry out PPM testing on fire alarms, AOVs, emergency lighting and work alongside mechanical and AC engineers.Communicate effectively with estate managers and residents; well presented and polite.Familiar with using job sheet software on a mobile device.Own hand tools and voltage meter; specialised equipment will be provided.Clean driving licence advantageous.Role benefitsSalary £42k - £45k depending on experienceWorking hours 8am – 4pmVan, Ford Transit Connect or similar with fuel cardWorks vehicle available for personal use within reason24 days holiday excluding bank holidaysMobile phoneCall out rota approximately once every 10 weeksCompany uniformExpenses float facility availablePension contribution availableOvertime availableTo apply please send your CV in reply to this email #J-18808-Ljbffr
