Static Maintenance Engineer - SW London Hours: 3 shift patterns - 6am - 3pm, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday Salary: £42,000 per year, plus call outs - £103 per week standard, plus time & half to double pay for call outs. The Role: Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS) Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations What You Need: 3+ years in a similar maintenance role 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher) Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial) L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable) Whats on Offer?
