Salary: £42,000 per year, plus call outs - £103 per week standard, plus time & half to double pay for call outs.

Hours: 3 shift patterns - 6am - 3pm, Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Location: SW London.

The Role

Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service
• Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS)
• Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks
• Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations

What You Need

• 3+ years in a similar maintenance role
• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher)
• Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing
• IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial)
• L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable)
