Static Maintenance Engineer - SW London

Hours: Monday - Friday with Shifts :- 6 AM - 3pm 8 AM - 5 PM 9Am - 6PM The Role: Were looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties

Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS) Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations You Need: 3+ years in a similar maintenance role 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher) Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial) L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable) s on Offer?
