We Appreciate In Our Employees

• 12+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.
• Team leadership and customer service. Guides and trains selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors.
• Advanced analytics to maximize store profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal- and process-oriented. Efficient decision-making skills. Understanding store needs and acting accordingly.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.

Your Activities

• Accurately records and manages all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement in a timely manner.
• Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and maintains this continuously.
• Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team and achieve store goals.
• Take ownership and be proactive in learning by completing applicable training and applying it on the shop floor.
