Proactively manage personal workload to meet deadlines and project requirements.
Essential Skills for Remote Technical Services Engineer 5-10 years' experience implementing, migrating, and supporting storage devices.
Strong knowledge of file and block storage technologies.
Experience with Dell EMC storage devices and Unisphere.
Familiarity with Brocade SAN Switches and SanNav.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Awareness of ITIL Service Management, including incident and change management.
