My client is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join their established engineering team. This is a technically challenging and highly collaborative position, ideal for someone who enjoys being closely involved in production, problem solving on the shop floor and contributing to continual improvements across materials, methods and structural design.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the shop floor and provide technical support on all yachts in build, including drawing clarification and guidance on potential in‑build modifications • Produce 3D assembly models and production drawings for new structural components and designs using Siemens NX (full training provided) • Design and develop tooling components with a focus on build accuracy and repeatability • Review independent yacht surveys and support the creation of technical reports alongside the quality team • Deliver full structural component design from concept through to calculation ...
