A fast-growing and highly respected structural engineering consultancy specialising in timber design is looking for a Structural Engineer to join its small, but highly skilled team. As Structural Engineer, you will:

Deliver structural design solutions for timber projects, ensuring compliance with UK standards and client specifications.

Produce accurate technical drawings and calculations using AutoCAD and specialist timber software (i.e. MasterSeries, iCalc).

Work collaboratively with the Managing Director and Senior Engineer to meet tight project deadlines.

Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.

We’re looking for a Structural Engineer with:

Previous experience working with timber structures in a similar role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of timber design software (MasterSeries, iCalc desirable).

Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and Eurocodes.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a small, remote-working team.
