On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established engineering consultancy who have been in the industry for the last 30 years, their goal is to expand their team year on year an their client base consistently. They currently work with multiple clients including industrial, commercial and residential properties.

In this role you will lead project delivery, ensuring structural integrity and design innovation. You'll oversee your teams work, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to standards. Collaborating with architects, contractors and other professionals, you'll create safe, efficient structures and manage client communication with confidence.

This role would suit someone looking to progress their career within a close-knit working environment for a growing company who prioritise development, progression and the flexibility for their staff.

Responsibilities

• Define Project requirements and present solutions to clients
• Carry out structural analysis and calculations for various structural projects
• Manage project delivery time and budget
• Perform sites visits and inspections
• Develop protective design strategies and ensure project compliance
• Lead and mentor engineers, managing project delivery
• Conduct structural calculations and vehicle dynamics assessments

The Person

• Structural Engineer of similar
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent experience
• Based local to Liverpool
