We’re working on behalf of a well-established, chartered structural consultancy operating across the South East of England. With a strong pipeline of projects covering residential, commercial, education, heritage and healthcare sectors, they’re now expanding their team of experienced Structural Engineers.
This isn’t a desk-only role, it’s a mix of hands-on site survey work, structural analysis, and client collaboration. If you’ve got a minimum of 3 years' post-grad experience and a passion for practical problem-solving, this could be a great fit.

The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide range of structural engineering tasks, including conducting site surveys and producing accurate, reliable reports.
Typical responsibilities include:

Structural surveys and assessments across a variety of buildings
*
Designing structural solutions for refurbishment, extension and new-builds
*
Preparing calculation packages and technical reports
*
Liaising with clients, architects, contractors and local authorities
*
Collaborating with in-house CAD technicians and support teams
*
Occasional forensic or expert witness reporting (if desired)

What We’re Looking For
*
3+ years of structural engineering experience
*
Hands-on site survey experience is essential
*
A relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
*
Experience with British Standards / Eurocodes
*
Strong written communication and report writing skills
*
Working toward chartership (or already chartered) desirable
*
A full UK driving licence
